Booking Procedure

We ask for a deposit equal to half of the rent at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance, plus a fully refundable damage security deposit of $250 will be due 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival.

If the date of signing is less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the commencement of the lease, then the full rent and the full damage deposit shall be due at the time of making the reservation.

Check In and Out Policy

Our Check-In is at 3PM, and Check-Out at 10AM.

As long as we don't have other parties departing or arriving on the same day, we are happy to make accommodation for an early arrival or late check out.

Guests are welcome to check in with us for possible extensions, which we offer free of charge whenever possible.

Refund of the Damage Security Deposit

If there are no damages to the property the Damage Security Deposit will be refunded in full, via check, after initial House Inspection, within two weeks of the departure date.

Pet Policy

Four legged friends are welcome ;-)

There is a non refundable $75 fee per pet, per stay.

Owners are required to pick up after their pets.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, unless your own blankets are used.
Otherwise, an additional $50 charge will be deducted from the damage security deposit.

Cleaning and Linen Fees

We are happy to absorb the cost of cleaning and provide linens for our guests.

However, we are not able to do this for stays that are less than 3 (three) nights.

For stays of less than 3 (three) nights, a Cleaning and Linen fee of $100 will apply.

Smoking Policy

We are a NON-SMOKING property.

There is no smoking allowed inside the house, or any inside structure.

If you do smoke outside please make sure to pick up all the remains and dispose of them in the outside bin.

Otherwise, an additional $50 charge will be deducted from the damage security deposit.

Method of Payment

As a method of payment we accept checks, money orders, DISCOVER, Master Card, and Visa.

Cancellations & Refunds

In case of a cancellation, a refund will only be issued if the contracted time is rebooked. In this case, the refund will be limited to the amount of rent collected less a 10% administrative fee.

In case of unforeseen Life Emergencies, when unable to rebook the property we will offer a credit for alternative booking based on availability.
